Istanbul PPPCoE published special bulletin of “Turkey-Ukraine Working Committees’s PPP Training and Workshop”. Istanbul PPPCoE organized a training and workshop program on PPP in cooperation with Republic of Turkey Ministery of Economy, Turkish Contractors Association along with Centre for Applied Research in Finance (CARF)- Boğaziçi University between 19-22 September 2017 in Istanbul.
