A.Tashkent-Samarkand Road 

The Tashkent-Samarkand Road (“TSR”) PPP (the Project), aims to increase the capacity of the road network from the capital city to Samarkand in Uzbekistan, by developing an uninterrupted access-controlled expressway. 

The Government of Uzbekistan, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), has appointed PROYAPI in association with PPP COE, RASCO Group and CGCE supported by ERGÜN LAW (International law) and CENTIL LAW ( local law) as “the Consultant” to prepare a Bankable Feasibility Study (FS) for the Tashkent-Samarkand Road PPP in February 2023
