On September 21, 2016, The Istanbul Public-Private Partnership Center of Excellence (Istanbul PPPCoE) signed a collaborative agreement with the Kazakhstan PPP Center (KZPPPC). The center was established in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The agreement was signed while Istanbul PPPCoE’s Chairman Eyup Vural Aydin, Ph.D was in Astana for the Kazakhstan-Turkey PPP Business Program held by Istanbul PPPCoE and Kazakhstan PPP Center on 20-21 September 2016.
