Turkey as a tremendous centre of commerce bridges exports worldwide during Turkey Export Week at Istanbul Congress Center (ICC) in Istanbul. Turkey Export Week which takes place between the 1st of November to the 3rd, aims to exceed Turkey’s export target and rise capacity to reach numerous export companies all over the World. The first day of the week was completed with the speech of the Ministery of Turkish Economy, Nihat Zeybekci. Zeybekci strongly emphasized Turkish export potential as he noted Turkey has increasingly grown in export reaching the highest rate. The week continued with the two days- export fair during the program.

Istanbul PPPCoE attended Turkey Export Week 2017 to evaluate this great opportunity which positively increases the awareness of public-private partnership field in the World. Istanbul PPPCoE which contributes to development of Turkey’s adequacy in export by working in the field of public-private partnership. Istanbul PPPCoE team had fruitful meetings with public and private sector representatives from various countries. Previous and ongoing activities of Istanbul PPPCoE were discussed and future cooperation opportunities identified.

As part of Turkey Export Week, about 350 buyers from several sectors are expected to participate. Among the participations of the week are agricultural, forestry, fishing, manufacturing, textile and raw material, electric-electronic and innovasion, chemicals, ready wear, food, furniture, defense industry, tobacco productions, ship and yacht, automative and mining productions sector companies. This event provides a great opportunity for the Turkish companies to extend capacity by adding worlwide sector companies to networking. Furthermore, Export Week leads Turkey to attract investment from different sector of the World Countries. It was one of the precisely events of the year.
